The A/V connections include coaxial digital, optical digital, SCART and S-Video. It is provided with 192 kHz/24 bit audio DA converter and 108 MHz/12 bit video DA converter. In addition, the connections also include 1 component video that splits the video signal into 3 parts, 1 composite video in which both colour and black & white portions of the video signal are transferred together and HDMI output to provide you with crystal clear picture quality. This is a single disc player. The controls and options are available in the front panel of the system.

The various playable discs in this BBK DV991A Digital Video Disc Player are DVD video, DVD audio, MPEG-4, DivX, GG file, Xvid, SACD, MP3, WMA, CD, SVCD, VCD, HDCD, CD-R, CD-RW, Kodak Picture CD etc. Progressive scan facility is added. It is a multi region DVD player. It also supports the formats such as DivX 3.11, DivX 4 ASP, DivX 5 ASP and DivX 5.2.
It occupies multi language subtitles. Digital rights management has certified this DVD player. It is also certified by ISO 14496 ASP. As far as video is concerned it has a 108 MHz 12-bit D/A-converters for video. NTSC/PAL video supports this player.
